Our Founder
Johnny Vong is Founder and President of Blackfish Capital. He leads the firm’s strategy and growth across acquisitions and development, with a focus on affordable and workforce housing.

He has nearly 20 years of real estate investment and development experience across residential and commercial assets in Washington and Alaska.
​
He serves on the Board of Trustees of Willamette University and sits on the Executive Committee and the Endowment & Investment Committee.
​
Johnny holds degrees from Willamette University and Harvard University, where he received full scholarships from both institutions.
